CBSE Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection process for the recruitment of junior assistants and superintendents under the CBSE consists of multiple stages. The selection of candidates for Junior Assistants posts will be based on Tier 1 and Skill Test, and for Superintendents posts, candidates have to undergo the selection stage Tier 1, 2, and Skill Test.
- Tier 1 – The Tier 1 exam consists of objective-type multiple-choice questions.
- Tier 2 – The Tier 2 exam will be held for superintendent posts, consisting of Objective type (OMR-based) and Descriptive (Written) Examinations.

- The CBSE Superintendent Tier 1 exam consists of an objective (MCQ) type (OMR Based) Examination.
- In the Tier 1 exam a total of 150 MCQ) types will be asked for a total of 450 marks.
- The time duration of the exam will be 2 hours.
- For each correct answer, 3 marks will be rewarded and 1 mark shall be deducted for every incorrect answer.

- The CBSE Tier 2 exam consists of Objective type (OMR Based) and Descriptive (Written) Examination.
- The time duration of the exam will be 3 hours.
- The level of the Tier 2 exam will be graduation.
- In CBSE Junior Superintendent Tier 2 objective type part 3 marks shall be awarded for every correct answer 01 mark shall be deducted for every incorrect answer.

- The CBSE Junior Assistant Exam is divided into 5 parts namely General Knowledge, Reasoning and Mathematical Ability, General Hindi and English, Basic Knowledge of Computers, Awareness of School Education etc.

- A total of 100 questions will be asked for a total of 300 marks.
