How To Do CMWSSB Water Tanker Booking?

Register For Dial For Water
With our new system, domestic and partly commercial consumers can easily register for booking water tanker services. All you need is your CMC (Consumer Number) to get started. To ensure a smooth registration process, please make sure that you do not have any arrears of water tax and charges at the time of registration or booking.
During registration, please provide your mobile number. Please note that if your mobile number is already registered, you won’t be able to register again. To complete the registration process, you will need to validate your mobile number by entering the One Time Password (OTP) sent to you via SMS.
Once your mobile number is successfully validated, you will be registered and allowed to book a water tanker. Convenient online payment options are available for a hassle-free experience.

Booking Procedure For Online Payment
After completing the registration process, consumers can easily book a water tanker by entering their registered mobile number. The system will generate a One Time Password (OTP) and send it to the consumer via SMS for validation.
It’s important to note that the booking is limited to a quota per day on a first-come, first-serve basis. Therefore, consumers are advised to have their payment details for credit/debit cards or net banking ready before proceeding.
Depending on the consumer category (MSB/Non MSB), different booking options will be available. Consumers can choose between the next two days and select the desired capacity of the water tanker.
To proceed with the booking, simply click on the “Pay” button for online payment. If you are a consumer of a Multi Storied Building (MSB), you can book water tankers with capacities of 9KL, 12KL, and 16KL, subject to availability. Non Multi Storied Building (NMSB) consumers can book 6KL and 9KL capacity water tankers.
Please ensure that the payment transaction is completed within 15 minutes of clicking the “Pay” button. After this time, the session will time out, and the transaction will be aborted, even if the payment is successful. In such cases, you will need to restart the booking process. Rest assured, any debited amount will be refunded within the next 3 banking days.
If the payment queue is already full, you will see a message stating “Payment Queue Already Full.” To secure another chance for payment and booking, simply click on the “Check Status” button repeatedly.
For payment, consumers have the option to use net banking, debit card, or credit card. Simply select the desired payment mode.

Please take note that once a booking is made, it cannot be cancelled. Upon successful payment, consumers will receive an acknowledgement of payment receipt via SMS, along with a Booking ID. They will also have the option to download the receipt. Any previous pending bookings will automatically be cancelled once the online payment system confirms the new booking.
We strive to ensure that water is delivered to consumers on the scheduled date of the tanker booking. However, if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from doing so, delivery will be arranged within the following three days.
When making a booking, please be aware that the length of the available hosepipe is limited to 40 feet. Once the delivery is scheduled, consumers will receive an SMS containing details about the lorry number, driver’s mobile number, and a unique PIN. This PIN must be provided to the lorry driver upon receipt of the delivery.
To avail further bookings, consumers must confirm the delivery of water by entering the mobile number and PIN number sent via SMS. They will also have the ability to check the status of their existing bookings using the mobile number and booking number. Additionally, consumers can choose to resend the PIN and download the booking receipt using this option.
If a consumer does not receive the water delivery after receiving an SMS with delivery details, they should contact the CMWSSB call center at 044-45674567 to lodge a complaint.
Please note that consumers cannot book a water tanker until 10 days after the previous delivery of water, for all capacities (6KL/9KL/12KL/16KL). This restriction also applies if the consumer has not confirmed the delivery of water received against a booking by entering the PIN number sent via SMS.
Consumers are advised to make necessary arrangements to receive the delivery on the scheduled date. CMWSSB will make every effort to contact the consumer before the delivery. However, if the delivery cannot be made due to the unavailability of the consumer, the booking will be cancelled, and CMWSSB cannot be held responsible for such cases.
