A terrible accident occurs double a
At the Institute, Anaïs reproaches Milan for having reviewed Sam behind her back when it was because of him that she lost hearing. Milan explains that he saw Sam again when he gave cooking lessons in prison with the Guinot head. As the young man was going to go out soon, Milan agreed to help him set up his coffee project. But Anaïs no longer wants anything to do with all of this.
In the kitchen, Billie and Emi want Anaïs to have worked on the menu on his own on his side. Billie admits that she is not sure to be able to manage such technical recipes. Anaïs manages to be forgiven and motivate her troops.
Double A, Coline Briefe the students as a butler. Stanislas reminds her that she had to take care of the decoration of the room, which she completely forgot. But she catches up by having the idea of appointing each table with a name of a pioneer chief of gastronomy and preparing quizzs about them to entertain customers.
Meanwhile, Anaïs crosses Sam in the Economat. The latter asks him to let Milan help him set up his coffee project. But the young woman suggests that she leave immediately, threatening to call the police. Back in the kitchen, Anaïs is completely disturbed. She thinks back to the accident which cost her her hearing, as well as to the incident where she locked Sam in the cold room by mistake.
Overwhelmed by stress, Anaïs learns that ravioli dough will not be ready in time for the service. Billie and Emi think with her about a solution. Anaïs decides to replace the dough with cassava dough. Billie underlines that it is necessary to be careful with this ingredient, but Anaïs ensures that it controls the cooking.
In the dining room, Coline takes control of the Teyssier. If the director and his wife take the dorade, Bérénice chooses the ravioli at the mafé. At the end of the meal, Teyssier asks to see Anaïs to congratulate her on her menu. Suddenly, several customers start to fall into apples. Bérénice vanishes in turn …
Maya Fantasy on Gaspard
Malik surprises Maya making an erotic dream and questions her about it when she wakes up. The young woman, who actually dreamed that she was making love with Gaspard in the workshop, claims that she does not remember anything. But Malik heard him of an earring.
So he goes in search of the one who fantasizes his girlfriend. He assumes that it is Mattéo because he wears a earring. Penelope does not believe it for a second. She decides to investigate her side and questions Maya who does not want to let go. However, seeing how his friend stars Gaspard when he crosses the park, Penelope ends up guessing. Thelma is looking for a job
At the Café de la Place, Thelma asks Zoé to help her be hired in Extra. Unfortunately, the coffee boss explains that his team is already complete and that he can commit anyone.
Zoé then offers Thelma to help her reduce her non -essential expenses. In particular, she notes that her friend calls on a clairvoyant every month. Thelma admits that she cannot put an end to their sessions because the clairvoyant always makes her real predictions.
Zoé and Thelma meet the clairvoyant at the Café de la Place. Thelma finally dares to tell her that she wishes to stop their sessions for financial reasons. The clairvoyant accepts, then offers the two girls a last gift session. She then predicted a terrible birth and drama.
