The Meadowview tiny house offers 400 square feet of usable area and is a creation of Texas-based Pratt Homes. It is a great example of a park model tiny home. The most unique aspect of Meadowview is its front wrap-around porch that extends the living space. The big porch allows residents or guests to enjoy the beauty of the surroundings next to a built-in fireplace, exuding a farmhouse charm.
The exterior of the Meadowview tiny house is made using metal and wood. The house has three different sections; the deck, the entry, and the rear. The porch reminds one of the traditional countryside homes in the West. It can accommodate traditional outdoor seating with a round table and a handful of chairs, making it perfect for al-fresco dinners and entertainment sessions with family and friends.
The front door opens into the inviting living area that has a sofa and a table. There is a mini split AC to keep the indoor temperature comfortable. The large windows allow natural light to enter inside. The living room is quite big considering it is a tiny home.
The kitchen is also spacious with a neat countertop featuring a lot of cabinetry around it. There is a lot of room for kitchen appliances including an oven, fridge, dishwasher, and induction. The U-shaped kitchen has a sink towards the right side that looks out onto the porch.
