Behind-the-Meter Installation Rebate:

  • This applies to the total cost of installation, so if your installation costs less than $1,500,you’ll receive the full cost back.However, there is a minimum installation cost of $500 to qualify.

Pole-to-Meter Utility Service Upgrade Rebate:

  • Up to $5,000 for necessary upgrades to your electrical service to handle the increased power demand of an EV charger.
  • This rebate only applies if PSEG determines an upgrade is necessary and covers the cost of the upgrade up to the $5,000 limit. If the upgrade costs more than $5,000, you’ll be responsible for any additional costs.
