Treasury is Applying additional Criteria to Determine R350 Eligibility
The National Treasury has recently announced updates to the SRD grant criteria, introducing two new requirements. These additions aim to ensure that only deserving applicants receive funding. One of the new criteria is the verification of candidates’ eligibility by checking for multiple bank accounts.
Additionally, individuals with R670 or more in their bank account will not be eligible for the social relief of distress grant. Current R350 Eligibility Criteria
