The processing link for the Mutation + Pattadar service lots is not visible in MRO Login.
Webland offers the service of processing Mutation + Pattadar Passbook. Meeseva will automatically update status after Webland process is completed. The output of this service will be a New PPB, which is sent directly to the applicant through the post.
Who is responsible for Industries and Commerce Services in the United States?
The Competent Authority will change based on the Nature of Industry. The District General Manager (GM) has the authority to change this based on Industry Type.
The applicant’s right to know if his application is pending or not
We have provided the facility “Know Your Application Status” in Meeseva’s public portal. Entering Transaction Id/Application number in the Text box and clicking on the Go button. A separate window with Transaction Details will appear after clicking the Go Button.
Reopen: What does it mean?
If the officer accidentally rejects a certificate, or by oversight, they can use the Reopen feature to reopen it. The officer can use “Request Reopen by Application No” to reopen his application. He can then reopen his request and process it again.
What is the rule for revocation of certificates?
Within 30 days of the date of approval, all certificates can be revoked.
The officer can only cancel his own certificates of jurisdiction. Also, the certification must have been issued by that same person.
How do I revoke certificates?
We have links on the left of the MRO/RDO Login for processing requests, viewing reports, and knowing Digital Key information. Recently we added a new link “Request Revoke Process by Application No”. Click on the link, and then enter your Application Number. Click on the Get Details Button and enter Transaction ID in the text box. Select Revoke from radio buttons and submit.
Why can an officer cancel a Certificate of Approval?
If the officer accidentally approves the certification, or by oversight, they can use the option to revoke it.

The cancellation of a certificate is called revocation.
Change the designation of Revenue Divisional officer to sub-collector for RDO level services?
Using the link Handling Officer Transfers in JC Login you must add the Sub-Collector to the Officer name when updating it. Ex. S. Harish, Subcollector.
How do I know if the operator has printed or not?
There is a link in the MeeSeva Portal called “Your Application Status (Trans ID/Application Number)” to find out about the status printed of a request. The search results will display the request status and the printed status.
In the integrated certificate processing of Tahasildar login, there is an option to “Please select the checkbox if you do not have the authority required to certify this caste”. The request is then routed to RDOs for processing. This option allows Tahasildar to transfer the request directly to RDO.
Transfer Integrated Application from one Mandal to another?
If the mandal in which the request is located does not fall under his jurisdiction, there’s a way to move it. Select the radio button and then select Mandal & Village. Then click on Transfer Button.
Why is it called “Request process by application number”?
Tahasildar can use this feature to quickly process the request if they know the Transaction Id or Application No. This feature is currently only available for services related to Income, Residency & Integrated Certificates.
